Evelyn family apartments is a affordable multifamily community on a 1.93 acre site. This $64 million three and four-story community will provide 116 residential units, a wide range of indoor and outdoor amenities including an open courtyard, a large community room with a kitchenette, a fitness room. Contemporary architecture will complement the surrounding neighborhood with an interpretation of traditional styling, consistent with the diverse context existing in the city.
The design includes a combination of two-level units, commercial and parking space, and a post-tensioned concrete podium slab supporting three-story wood framed building.
The structural system is the post-tensioned concrete slabs with concrete shear walls supported by spread footings.
